Avnet - Designed a new user experience for the leading B2B electronic parts retailer. Conducted customer interviews, contextual inquiries, and led discovery and requirement gathering sessions with teams all over the world. Created a unique design that melded the tasks of searching and comparing highly technical products into a seamless process that far exceeds competitor offerings.
Illy Coffee - Tasked with improving conversion on their k-cup-like subscription program. Oversaw a team of user experience designers who created and tested multiple interactive prototypes. Managed project timelines and budge, dealt with integrating data from user tests and client feedback. Provided guidance to my team to help solve design problems.
Officemax - Updated design of mobile and tablet apps for Android and iOS. Created wireframes and designed a new features to help users find the correct toner/ink cartridge for their printers.
